Terms of use

1.Purpose

These terms govern access to the Auto-Veille service and how it is used.

They apply as soon as you open the website or sign in to the application.

Auto-Veille is published by AILIX.AI, whose registration is in the legal notice.

2.Definitions

The following terms carry the same meaning throughout this document.

• Organisation: the client entity being monitored. It holds the plan, the topics and the list.
• Member: a person attached to an organisation, whose role sets what they may do.
• Recipient: a member of an organisation whose address receives the weekly edition.
• Topic: one subject an organisation follows, with its sources. Plans cap how many you get.
• Distribution group: who receives which topics. It decides distribution, never who may read.
• Edition: the weekly report composed for an organisation and sent to its recipients.

3.Account and sign-in

Signing in goes by email: you enter your address and receive a single-use code.

No password is used or stored. Identity is handled by Supabase, our provider.

The code is personal: never pass it on, and close a session on a shared machine.

Creating an account gives access to no organisation.

Access comes from a membership an organisation set aside, which you claim yourself.

Failing that, you create your own organisation and become its owner.

4.Organisation, members and recipients

Each organisation has its own space, named by a segment of its web address.

That segment names the organisation; it grants nothing. Only your membership does.

An administrator manages the topics and the list, and answers for the addresses on it.

Listing an address creates no account, and one person may belong to several organisations.

5.The service

Auto-Veille collects public sources, keeps what fits the topics, and summarises it.

Each week it composes an edition and emails it to the organisation’s recipients.

Collection runs continuously; only the weekly aggregation settles an edition.

The service claims no completeness: it sees only what the configured sources publish.

6.Sources and third-party content

Articles come from public sources, each linked back, and remain their publishers’.

Some sources are unreachable; the analysis then works from the published summary alone.

Auto-Veille does not replace reading the source, whose own terms you must respect.

7.Automated analysis

Summaries, topic sorting and importance are produced by language models.

They may contain errors, omissions or approximations.

They are not legal, regulatory or professional advice, and do not replace the source.

8.What you undertake

In using the service, you undertake to:

• sign in with your own address only, and pass the code you receive to nobody;
• add to a distribution list only addresses you are entitled to add;
• make no attempt to reach the data of an organisation you do not belong to;
• carry out no bulk or automated extraction of the content of the service.

9.Plans, subscription and billing

The plan attaches to the organisation, never to seats. Recipients are unlimited.

The free plan follows the shared topics of the catalogue; the paid plans differ by the number of custom topics and sources. The amounts are on the pricing page, excluding VAT.

There is no trial period: every account has a free personal workspace, for as long as it likes, and moves to a paid plan when it decides to.

10.Availability and change

The service is being built and is not open yet. Screens, plans and features may change.

No service level commitment is published to date.

11.Intellectual property

The Auto-Veille name, the website and the software behind it belong to AILIX.AI.

12.Personal data

The personal data the service handles is described in the privacy policy.

It is linked from the site footer, and sets out the rights available to you.

13.Suspension and termination

An administrator may remove a member or a recipient from their organisation at any time.

You may delete your account; the privacy policy describes what that deletion does.
